Failed to deliver when they said they would and this happened on two occasions. When paving did arrive, some were broken and others were inferior quality with thickness well below the specified 17-20mm. One was less than 10mm thick. They did replace these, but it took a further 2 weeks after reporting this. An email request for a refund instead of replacements was ignored and was only notified that replacements would be delivered on the day of delivery so had to cancel plans and wait in for yet another day. Customer services were very poor and unprofessional, with statements like "I don't want to argue with you" when I made a complaint about this. The customer does not want to argue either, they simply want an unreserved apology without excuses!

Do not use this company unless you want to feel lied to, stressed out of your mind and wish you had not used them! They are useless at communication and the staff you talk to spoke to me like you I was a nuisance calling them. Every one said 'we work at home now' like that makes it an excuse to not be professional. I work at home and am stll the same person that I am in the office. One thing they are very good at is taking your money then the fun starts. All I wanted was to order and pay and be told of a date of delivery. No pressure of when from my side given the time we are living in. However when you speak to the staff to ask when delivery may be you get oh does it say on website 5 to 7 days ha ha oh thats all changed! Why wasnt I told this before I paid? You get the feeling that they just do not care and they patronise you and say they will call back or that they work in accounts and will get someone to call back then dont. Oh and Note to anyone from the company who feels the need to defend the company...please do not bother as this review is real, my experience has been horrible and people should know .....I do not want a sorry or any other message from you because you obviously do not believe the bad reviews and talk down to customers who are unhappy with your service. I have had to take two days off work waiting for deliveries that I was told were on way but I have just found out that from the delivery company that they get blamed and my order was not even out for delivery on one of those days. Today my order was out for delivery but taken back as it got too late to deliver. Yes everyone, its laughable and dealing with this company is a horror story from start to finish. I have booked a landscaper for this weekend because I actually believed my stone would arrive today. Maybe I am the idiot and should have read the reviews before I ordered.

Second time I've bought from Simply Paving and second time I have had an excellent product. Stones were in perfect condition and very well packed in a sturdy wooden pallet. My only gripe would be that the delivery company only gave me a few hours warning of delivery, but even then the driver was really good and left them exactly where I wanted them. Would definitely recommend.

Great service! Very strong and heavy stones which will last a long time, and my garden looks beautiful with them!

The slabs were exactly what were ordered and came in good time for us to be able to lay our patio.
Unfortunately we had 4 slabs broken on arrival. They were hanging off the edge of the pallets.
So though we ordered 40 (as they have to be ordered in bulk) we technically had 36, which wasn't enough to lay the patio.
I've had to now go to B&Q to buy 4 more to replace the broken ones, which has cost me more than it should of needed to.

Delivery was good but the quality of paving slabs was very poor. A number of the slabs were chipped and the thickness of at least two dozen of the items differed greatly. Would not use again.

Excellent service over the phone and from the delivery driver. Not 5* due to a fair few breakages, but they’d put a few extras on and I’d over-ordered so job was able to finish the job - just.

Good website, reasonable choice though photos could have been better. Customer service was really good, very friendly and the sale was efficient. What was disappointing was the delivery as I had specifically warned of a narrow London street and difficulty for the drop off - they said it would be fine. The delivery man was exceptional but poor thing arrived in a huge truck that couldn't fit in the street and then had to park 2 roads away and pull the pallets down the road on his own on pallets that were breaking. He said there was no message on the order referencing my comment on the road & parking and if there had been a different vehicle could have been arranged. He worked incredibly hard but with broken pallets he could not move the delivery off the street so I had to pay someone to move to my property. The driver was exceptional but the service was let down by the lack of care on the delivery instructions.
